Container Loading Strategy

Plush products often allow controlled compression depending on fabric, filling, and customer approval. We plan loading based on carton size, weight, compression tolerance, and SKU mix to improve space use and freight efficiency.

Optimized Space Utilization

1

Carton-Based Planning

We plan by carton dimensions, gross weight, and stackability — not just unit count — to avoid booking-stage surprises.

2

Mixed SKU Loading

Larger cartons form the base, smaller cartons fill remaining spaces. We aim to reduce void space while keeping loading practical.

3

Protection Priority

Moisture protection, carton integrity, and secure stacking help reduce transit damage. Palletizing is available upon request.

Want a Load Plan?

Send carton size/weight, total quantity, packing method, and destination. We’ll estimate CBM, container fit, and likely shipping options.

Capacity Estimation Range

20ft Container 15,000–25,000 pcs
40ft Container 30,000–50,000 pcs
40ft HQ 35,000–60,000 pcs

Assumptions (example only)

  • Medium-size plush (approx. 15–25cm)
  • Polybag + export cartons without rigid gift box
  • Acceptable compression within project tolerance

Final loading depends on carton specs, plush density, SKU mix, compression tolerance, and carrier rules.

Mixed cartons often fill a container like this:
Base layer uses larger cartons; smaller cartons help reduce void space.

Delivery Timeline Factors

Timeline depends on design, quantity, QC requirements, vessel space, customs conditions, and seasonality. Final lead time is confirmed after sample approval and production scheduling.

Design Complexity

Custom structures and materials may extend time.

Changes to embroidery files, sewing structure, special accessories, or compliance labeling can add time depending on revision cycles.

Order Quantity

More units require more production and packing time.

Higher quantities may require staged production, more cartons, and additional final-packing time before cargo release.

Quality & Testing

QC plan affects shipment-release timing.

Final inspection, carton checks, and market-specific testing preparation may add a few days depending on the agreed QC path.

Seasonal Factors

Peak seasons and holidays affect schedules.

Q4 peak season, Chinese holidays, vessel congestion, and local trucking availability can influence both ETD and ETA.

Important Delivery Considerations

Manufacturer Scope & Responsibility

  • We manufacture and support export preparation.
  • We can quote logistics via partner forwarders; we are not the carrier.
  • Transit timing remains an estimate until cargo is booked and released.

Duties, Taxes & Local Rules

  • Buyer handles duties/taxes unless DDP is clearly confirmed in PI.
  • Import rules vary by country, product category, and channel.
  • We provide the agreed export docs; local clearance remains destination-specific.

Logistics FAQ

Answers to the questions buyers ask most often — helping speed up quoting and reduce avoidable delays.

What do you need to quote freight accurately?

Destination country + ZIP/postcode, shipping term, carton size/weight, total cartons, total quantity, and whether palletizing or special labeling is required.

Can you ship with our forwarder or carrier account?

Yes. Share forwarder contact details and booking instructions, and we can coordinate pickup timing and cargo readiness.

Do you offer DDP?

DDP may be available in selected lanes via partner forwarders. Duties and taxes are included only when clearly stated in the PI.

What documents do you provide?

Standard export docs include CI and PL. Additional documents such as COO or test reports depend on destination and project requirements.

Can you support Amazon labeling or palletizing?

Yes. Provide FNSKU, carton label templates, pallet requirements, and channel rules, and we will confirm feasibility and cost.

What affects ocean transit time the most?

Vessel space, port congestion, customs inspections, weather, and peak-season schedules are the biggest variables after cargo departure.
